good sized and airy room, a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps in the room. pleasant view from the window to courtyard. position: in the calm area, in the centre of the city.

The place was tidy and modern, it had attentive staff with good service.

Beautiful small accommodation with excellent setting so close to restaurants and mini markets, mini markets and the Bích Động Pagoda.

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Ninh Binh, had much fun and met amicable staff with good service. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Van Lan. Also, the area was quiet.

There was the extremely tasty and great breakfast, greatly enjoyed the location.

The place was neat and GORGEOUS, had very very helpful staff with good service. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room we had was spotless and huge, came with great views as well as comfortable bed.

We had a fantastic time at Tam Coc Dream Homestay! Our stay was for three nights and we were extremely satisfied in every aspect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the hot showers were a delightful treat. The balcony overlooking the mango trees added a touch of serenity to our mornings, and the breakfast, especially the banana & honey pancakes and mango smoothies, were simply delicious. The family who owns and runs the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to Tam Coc tourist destination and a short taxi ride to the train station. We highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and authentic rural experience.

Hotel was centrally located and had good prices. The room was great for us, we loved our evenings at individual balcony. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top. We will be back, if traveling to Ninh Binh;)))

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful karst formations visible through the large windows. The location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk from the main street in town and close to restaurants and transport options. the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with information about the surroundings and organizing activities for us. They even allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus journey.

Communication could have been better, as we experienced some confusion with our bus and boat ticket to Cat Ba Island, resulting in a 3-hour wait for the ferry. the bicycle rental at the hotel was a bit pricey compared to other places we've been.

The location was marvellous - very close to Hang Múa and the Bích Động Pagoda, many restaurants and the Tam Coc pier. The food for breakfast was appetising, we got fruit juices and fruit...

We had an excellent stay at a very friendly family-run hotel. The room was always clean and comfortable, with fresh bed sheets every day. The family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were genuinely concerned for our well-being. The motorbike rental was affordable and when we accidentally damaged a wing mirror, they didn't charge us. We can't fault this place at all. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, with great views of the nearby karst formations. The staff is exceptional and very friendly, allowing for early check-in and providing helpful assistance. Bikes are available for exploring the area, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the pancakes.

There were a few minor issues, such as some hairs in the bed upon arrival and occasional problems with water drainage in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk could sometimes be difficult to find, and there were occasional issues with hot water and a dodgy lock on the door.
